Welcome to Away With Words! 

We are a husband and wife owned shop and we try to focus on small brands and artisans who make high-quality, sustainable goods. We love having a space to offer our customers some of our favorite things while celebrating storytelling and  using the space to bring others up and create conversation! 

The bookshop was founded in 2018 by Elise Lee and Geneva Lee.  

You might know Geneva Lee from her seriously spicy romance novels. She is a New York Times, USA Today, and internationally bestselling author of over twenty-five novels. She’s currently working on a paranormal romance series, Filthy Rich Vampire, which is going to have you begging for more. 

 Elise Lee went back to work as Geneva’s publicist when they sold the shop and knows the book world inside and out! She loves getting lost in a good book, traveling the world, and indulging in all the finer things in life. Elise believes that self-care is essential to a vibrant and healthy life.
